Reliable Welding Services for Your Toughest Challenges
Nuñez Precision Welding Inc has proudly offered reliable, high-quality manual and automated welding services for nearly two decades. Established in the heart of Silicon Valley in 2000, we have thrived amidst the fluctuations of the Bay Area economy. As a small, family-owned and operated business, we have cultivated a deep understanding of various metals, both ferrous—such as carbon steels—and non-ferrous—like aluminum and copper.
Over the years, our expertise has expanded to encompass a wide range of services to better serve our customers. In addition to precision hand welding and automated welding, we specialize in silver brazing, pressure and helium vacuum leak testing, CNC plate processing, and CNC machining. Our clientele spans across diverse industries, including solar and semiconductor, military and aerospace, and the rapidly growing sector of electric car manufacturing.
Furthermore, we are proud to have established partnerships with leading companies in the United States that specialize in servicing and retrofitting the electrical transformers industry. In 2011, we obtained registration with the State of California and Washington State as a Steel Erector Sub-Contractor (C51), solidifying our commitment to excellence in steel fabrication and erection.
In conjunction with our sister company, Bay Area Steel Services, we continue to uphold our dedication to delivering exceptional welding solutions and exceeding the expectations of our valued clients.
TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding is a precise welding process that uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to create the weld. It’s known for producing high-quality welds and is commonly used for thin materials and critical welds in industries such as aerospace and automotive.
MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding, also known as Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), involves feeding a wire electrode through a welding gun, which melts and joins the workpieces together. It’s versatile, easy to learn, and suitable for welding various metals, making it popular in industries such as construction, fabrication, and automotive.
Stick welding, or Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), uses a flux-coated electrode that creates an arc between the electrode and the workpiece, melting both the electrode and the base material to form the weld. It’s a robust and portable process, suitable for outdoor and high-strength applications like construction, shipbuilding, and pipeline welding.
Ensuring that the welding service employs skilled professionals with relevant certifications and qualifications is crucial for maintaining quality standards and ensuring the integrity of welds.
Implementing strict quality control measures to ensure durable, reliable, and code-compliant welds is essential for building trust with clients and ensuring the longevity of welded structures.
Adhering to industry safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all involved is paramount for protecting workers, clients, and the surrounding environment from potential hazards associated with welding operations.

If you need something welded and you want it done right then Nunez Precision Welding is your best option in the South Bay. They welded some brackets on my aluminum boat and they did an fantastic job. This is not normally the kind of jobs they accept but Carlos was kind enough to fit me in. The work was done by his brother Oscar and it turned out perfect. In addition to the fine work they do Carlos and Oscar are two of the nicest guy’s you’ll ever meet.
