MIG (GMAW)

MIG STEEL is a process that Nuñez Precision Welding, Inc. has been using for more than 15 years as a very reliable and cost efficient welding process. With the use of inert gases such as Carbon Dioxide and Argon. We use MIG on tubular frames, plate weldments and fixtures. Of all welding methods, MIG is the one that keeps the input material concentrated through the arc and the melting speed of the input material is very high.

MIG STEEL

high strength welding

Also known as gas metal arc welding, MIG welding uses a continuously-fed electrode wire that melts into the weld. This melted wire acts as a filler material in the weld—allowing two pieces of metal to be joined without having to heat them to the melting point.

MIG ALUMINUM

Good looks and finishes

Aluminum can be alloyed with a series of different elements, both primary and secondary, to provide improved corrosion resistance and general weldability.
